Nature teaches us that life and death are miraculous cycles repeating infinitely, bringing balance to the energetic forces of existence.
So interwoven are birth and death that they seem like an endless helix, spirals nestled together, nurturing one another.
Or perhaps they are more like Babushka dolls, one sheds its shell to reveal the other, with the next phase waiting inside another, inside another, inside another...
Or maybe it's more like leaves shed from aging trees carried by the flowing waters of life, endlessly nourishing and gently reshaping all that it touches.
There is no need for fear. When we face death and embrace it, we can shake off our clenching dread and witness the beauty and alchemy of this cycle.
